Use your usual OBJEYO size unless the fit note says otherwise. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for crochet pieces and the smaller size for intentionally oversized knitwear.
Ready pieces leave the studio in 2–4 business days. Made-to-order sizes require approximately 3–5 weeks; the timing is confirmed before production begins.
Yes. Our studio can advise on hem length and selected fit adjustments before production. Contact us immediately after ordering so the work can be planned into the finish.
Keep hand-worked pieces folded with acid-free tissue and dimensional flowers uncompressed. Tailored pieces should be kept on a broad padded hanger.
Unworn ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order, altered, and final-sale pieces are not returnable.
